What counts as an "active PO"?
Any Purchase Order that is open, undelivered, or pending supplier confirmation at the time of your billing cycle. Closed and fully received POs do not count toward your limit.
What happens when I exceed my PO limit?
NudgePro continues working without interruption. Additional POs beyond your plan limit are billed at $0.75/PO/month. You'll receive an alert before any overage charges are applied.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade instantly and the new plan applies from your next billing cycle. Downgrade at any time — changes take effect at the end of your current period.
What ERPs does NudgePro connect to?
NudgePro integrates natively with Xero. MYOB integration is coming soon on Standard and above. CSV import is available on all plans for other systems.
Is my data stored in Australia?
Yes. All data is stored in Supabase Sydney region. NudgePro is built and hosted entirely within Australia, compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
